Age Verification: myan99 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If a User is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to applicable verification requirements. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the myan99 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. myan99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. myan99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified myan99 of a suspected security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.
myan99 operates a KYC verification process in line with standard industry practice. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or upon our reasonable request at any time, you may be required to submit the following documentation:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction. myan99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

By accessing the myan99 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

myan99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via a range of supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT (TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures on the myan99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where USDT is used as a deposit method, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Section 07
myan99 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
myan99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. If your payment provider deducts a fee on their end, that is separate from myan99's processing and is outside our control.
Section 08
myan99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus of RM 100 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM 3,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated on the promotion page. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
myan99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Certain bonuses may carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player are not subject to any cash-out cap.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the myan99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

All content on the myan99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of myan99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myan99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit myan99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where myan99's liability cannot be entirely excluded, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

myan99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance — at any time and without prior notice where:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting myan99's customer support team via the live chat facility or by email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable charges or amounts owed to myan99) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which myan99 is incorporated and operated.
